Team absence email summaries
Awayly can now automatically email the right people with a clear overview of who is away.
Company owners and admins can choose to enable a weekly summary, a daily “Who’s away today?” email, or both.
Choose the day and time for weekly summaries Choose the time for daily summaries Send summaries to owners, admins and managers Managers can be limited to employees assigned directly to them Private absence types are shown simply as “Away” Owners and admins can receive the full company-wide view
This gives managers better visibility of team availability without needing to log in and check the Team Calendar every morning.
Everything can be configured from Company Settings under Team absence emails.
